Cancellations & Returned Goods

Products may be cancelled prior to delivery, within 2 working days of ordering for a full refund, or before manufacturer shipping, whichever is sooner. If goods are delivered they will need to be returned at your cost and a minimum re-stocking charge of 30% (subject to manufacturers discretion).

Bespoke (including painted and coated items) or made to order goods are non returnable unless they are incorrect or faulty and Green Rainwater Store accepts no responsibility for incorrect measurement or specification of goods, including incorrect quantities. Each quote much be checked by the customer before a final order is placed and Green Rainwater Store (GRS) accepts no responsibility for incorrectly ordered goods.

CAST IRON PRODUCTSOrder cancellations and refunds are NOT permitted on specially fabricated items or items painted to order.  All goods should be returned to the foundry within 90 days for refund.  Goods received after 90 days can not be refunded as the foundry will not accept them. 

LINDAB PRODUCTS:  The following conditions apply to Lindab Products only.  Order cancellations and refunds are NOT permitted on the following ranges – Rectangle Guttering and all specially ordered colours including Antique White, Copper Metallic, Tile Red, Dark Red, Anthracite Metallic and Brown Gutters, downpipes and fittings.  This is due to the fact that these items are specially ordered direct from the manufacturer in Sweden and not stocked in the UK.  These items will be subject to a 2-3 week lead time on delivery.  All Lindab goods should be returned within 28 days of receipt to receive a refund. Goods returned after 28 days can not be refunded as the manufacturer will not accept responsibility.

Before Returning Goods

Before goods are returned, please contact GRS, using the CONTACT FORM and state the following

  1. Invoice Number
  2. Items and quantities to be returned

After you have completed and submitted the above Green Rainwater Store will issue you with a Customer Returns Number (CRN) and advise you what to do next.   Failure to follow the above procedure will result in delays to refunds and may result in refunds being rejected due to lost goods.
